There is definitely no one right way to style the perfect mantel. In fact, there are so many lovely options for your mantle that the task can seem daunting when starting with a blank slate and unsure of the direction you want to go.

If you want to keep it simple, a single piece of art can be all it takes. This look can range from a neutral piece leaning casually against the wall to something larger and dramatic for more impact. And we always like adding a little height with florals or branches, either on one side or both...

Another favorite styling technique is layering multiple pieces: a mix of mirrors, art, accessories and some greenery. The trick is having a variety of heights to work with so the pieces are staggered. And again, branches or florals are key to the mix!
